We got word back today, after about 18 months, that Siobhan, Finn and Maura are now officially registered with the office of foreign births and Irish citizens.

A certificate has now been printed and posted to the address provided by you. Please note that your application will be sent via Registered post and someone will need to be available to sign for the envelope.
An Irish passport application form will be included with your certificate, however if you live in Ireland, Northern Ireland, Great Britain, the European Union, European Economic Area or Switzerland Passport Online is the fastest and cheapest way for you to get your first Irish passport.
