{"id":859,"date":"2008-11-24T14:25:24","date_gmt":"2008-11-24T19:25:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.thekellehers.com\/?p=859"},"modified":"2008-11-24T18:33:14","modified_gmt":"2008-11-24T23:33:14","slug":"buffalo-chicken-dip-recipe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.thekellehers.com\/index.php\/2008\/11\/24\/buffalo-chicken-dip-recipe","title":{"rendered":"Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"drop_cap\">M<\/span>any people enjoyed our Buffalo Chicken Dip that we made for Siobh\u00c3\u00a1n&#8217;s Baptism party yesterday.\u00c2\u00a0 A few people asked me how we made it, so here are the instructions:<\/p>\n<h3>Ingredients<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 package (a bit over 1 pound) thin skinless chicken breast<\/li>\n<li>2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened (we use Philadelphia brand)<\/li>\n<li>1 cup Ranch dressing (we use Ken&#8217;s Steakhouse brand)<\/li>\n<li>3\/4 cup pepper sauce (we use Frank&#8217;s Red Hot brand)<\/li>\n<li>2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Steps<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Heat chicken in a skillet over medium heat, until heated through, just about 2 minutes on each side. Don&#8217;t overcook. Cut into small bite sized pieces<\/li>\n<li>Heat hot sauce, cream cheese and ranch dressing in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring until well blended and warm. Mix in chicken and half of the shredded cheese.<\/li>\n<li>Transfer mixture into a baking dish.
