Bridget and I took at day trip down to the shore on Saturday. Of course I took along my camera and took some pictures while there.
First we were in North Wildwood and stopped by the Hereford Inlet Lighthouse right across the street from the Degnan’s shore place.
We then went up to the boardwalk for a bit, mainly so I could get some Curly’s Fries, with vinegar, yummy!
We then went to Margate, to see the first house were Bridget lived when she was born, and saw Lucy the Elephant.
We ended the day in Atlantic City, where we had a nice dinner at the Continental in The Pier Shops at Caesars.Â
And we finished with some gambling, which was very fun since we got to play for 2 hours and ended up breaking even :-) We lost on the slots, but won some money on my favorite game, Sic Bo. We took our Sic Bo winnings and played it all on one bet on Odd at the Roulette table which doubled our money back to the break-even point, so we walked out very happy. Of course, we would have had just as much fun if we had lost, but it’s nice to have a “free” night at the casino every so often too!
