Another exciting hour of 24. Jack meets with former president Charles Logan, who will help him find the whereabouts of Gredenko. But of course he is under house arrest for his part in the assassination of former president Palmer, and the current president Palmer needs to grant him permission to let his brother’s killer leave home… which he does.
Meanwhile, a bomb is planted in the bunker where the president is in an attempt to kill him and Assad as they are getting ready to address the nation together. We’re not sure what happend, but it looks pretty certain that Assad may be dead, and president Palmer is injured but probably alive for now. But it seems the vice president will be in power now and will be able to make the policy changes that he wants.
